Forum Fan Fiction - Rules and Guidelines

The Forum Fan Fiction section is meant for the original cast of Spectrum members. Created characters are permitted provided that:

They do not have "unique" powers (which are not found in the series)
They do not continuously resurface or refuse to die
They are not based on their creators (in other words, characters like my creation, Captain Burgundy, are not permitted)
