Hello from sunny Yorkshire!

I am currently sitting in the beer garden of the New Inn, Thornton Le Dale, North Yorkshire; making use of BT Openzone. Unfortunately, there is no broadband nearer to base, so I shan't be around very much. However, I have been taking photographs and will make a full report on my return to my usual location.

Pity you could';t get on line more when you were away but I'm glad you had a good time. I just have one question... was it like our Scarlet Knight?

And if you don't mind, I AM quite capable of cooking. I'll admit that usually when I cook, it's over a fire during either a mission or some kind of survival... experience... but I am still perfectly capable. Mind you, I can share Panther's food dish without fear of becoming ill...

Captain, I really wouldn't call squirrel a special. Would you? If you're any good at fishing, I wouldn't turn my nose up at some nice trout - now that belongs on any self-respecting pub's specials menu! I love fish.

How do you feel about rabbit pie? Or game? Venison is delicious, you know. I'd also recommend duck, but not before a cricket match.
