I have an idea...

Many websites have guestbooks that are OK, but don't really give much scope to the guests or members that visit the sites. I was thinking about putting up a guestbook, but I may have had a better idea.
My idea is to put up a feedback page, to which you can say how you found the site (Google, friend's recommendation, etc.), your favourite part of the site/thing about the site, something that you would like to see changed, etc. I would also most definitely ask for a (working) contact email address, so that I can get back to a poster regarding a particularly helpful response.
What do you think about this? Is it a good idea or would a standard guestbook be better?
If you do like the idea, are there any questions that you think should be asked?

It couldn't hurt to try out a feedback page first; you can always remove it if you don't like the results and resort to a standard guestbook.

I agree with Canary. Anybody who wants to leave feedback, can do so. Or they could just sign the guestbook.
I also agree with Ruddy. If the feedback page (or guestbook) doesn't work out how you want it to, then remove it.
