Has anyone else found anything that was - or seemed to be - inspired by Captain Scarlet (or Gerry and Sylvia Anderson generally)?

EDIT: I couldn't really take in what the singer's words were because I was busy listening to the music. I looked them up and thought I'd add them, to save anyone who's interested a trip to Google.
