July 10th was mentioned a couple of times in the series, the most important being that this was the day the World President signed Spectrum's inaugural charter. So, Happy Anniversary Spectrum! Cake!

I got rid of all the "special" Champagne after that last incident, thankyouverymuch. Besides, since said incident all we have to do is submit a "special event" requisition directly to the colonel for his approval. You see, he *also* learned something then, that it's better to have some things out in the open...
