The Mysterons - New or Old?
Which do you prefer?
They aren't going to come after you if you put 'I dislike both'.... I think

The new Mysterons are more unpredictable - especially seeing as they don't make threats. The original ones are easier to write about though, so I definitely prefer them in that sense.

If I had to choose between them, definitely original - at least they give Spectrum a chance to stop them! ...But I'm not very keen on either of them... If you could feel them like I can, you wouldn't either!

I agree Burgundy The threats (in both TV episodes and fics) give the plot a starting point, or if it's announced later on, it helps the story along.
Although the threats aren't announced in NCS (I don't remember any, but I do remember them passing on 'messages' through Black and, I think, another Mysteron agent) there is more creative freedom - in a way - but there's probably more effort required in thinking of how to move the story along to its conclusion.
I'm not surprised you don't like the Mysterons, Scarlet, after what they did to you. If they give you headaches and nausea everytime you sense an agent, then better you than me - because it's bad enough dealing with 'normal' headaches.

It's a lot like a migraine, Mads - headache, nausea, dizziness... Not nice at all. At least it doesn't usually last long...

Ugh, Migraines are horrible! You ex-mysterons have got my sympathy.
I'm gonna say I like the new Mysterons, BECAUSE they aren't so easy to fight, and hope I don't get kicked out of Spectrum.
